These Terms of Use govern your use of yasminebenmaiza.com and bijouxestates.properties (the "Site"), operated by Bijoux Estates, the professional corporation of Yasmine Benmaiza. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Real estate services

Yasmine Benmaiza is a California licensed real estate salesperson, DRE #02220489. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Carolwood Estates, DRE #02200006. Using the Site or submitting an inquiry does not create an agency relationship. Any representation begins only under a written agreement signed with the brokerage.

Property and market information

Listings, sale prices, lease terms, square footage, lot sizes and market statistics are drawn from listing records, public records and published reports, which are cited on the pages where they appear. This information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and may change. Verify all information independently, with your own inspectors and advisors, before relying on it.
