This Privacy Policy explains how Bijoux Estates ("Bijoux Estates", "we", "us") handles information collected through yasminebenmaiza.com and bijouxestates.properties (the "Site"). Bijoux Estates is the professional corporation of Yasmine Benmaiza, a California licensed real estate salesperson (DRE #02220489) affiliated with Carolwood Estates (DRE #02200006). Real estate services are provided through Carolwood Estates.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry form we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, property address, budget or estimated value, timeline, preferred neighborhoods, property preferences and your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to tell people from automated traffic. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and interactions like clicks on phone and email links, using cookies or similar technologies.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you request.
To match you with properties, including off market opportunities, that fit the criteria you share.
To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to prevent spam and fraud.
To comply with legal, regulatory and brokerage recordkeeping obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

With Carolwood Estates, the brokerage through which services are provided.
With service providers that operate the Site on our behalf, including Cloudflare (hosting, security, captcha and email delivery) and, if enabled, Google (analytics), under their own privacy terms.
With other parties to a transaction, such as cooperating agents, escrow or lenders, only as needed for a transaction you ask us to pursue.
When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of you, us or others.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records required of real estate licensees in California, and then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and California rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and use Google's analytics opt out browser add on.
